Journey Into Infinity

The construction took many years
Built in orbit around our sphere
She’s the wonder of our time
Space vessel of steel sublime

Well-equipped for interstellar flight
Heavy weapons to display our might
She will take us into the unknown
And her name is Mercurion

Into the unknown
Journey into infinity
Into the unknown
A journey through the dark

Fragile creatures in a hostile place
Facing the hazards of deep space
Deadly comets and solar storms
Still we travel on to that distant bourne

Into the unknown
Journey into infinity
Into the unknown
A journey through the dark

Evoke the strangeness
Imagine the black
Engulfed by the infinite
Non-atomic mass
Follow the signal
No turning back
Where will it lead us?
Prepare for attack

Full of fury, full of pride
Forever searching, the stars we ride
Ever onwards the path is clear
Into the unknown without fear

Ion boosters, laser sails
Riding on the gravity wave
Death and danger lies ahead
In the endless sea of black and red

Into the unknown
Journey into infinity
Into the unknown
A journey through the dark
