Drowned In Black

Roads to death end
Thorns rip through flesh
Float into downward spirals
Never wake me up
Escape into oblivion
The fumes soften visions
Soften visions of a world drowned in black

Elimination of paths
Chances lost twice fold
Squeezed sand fell
into heightened burdens

Shimmering dark
When night falls
contrast disappears
When the light drowns in fumes
When the art of dying portrays the final chapter
A theatrical collapse of a world drowned in black

A trusted place
To wallow in safety of subjection
A trusted place to wallow
Ever downwards, drown in sorrow
into silence beyond measures
A Sigma of horror

Razors caress my soul
Soon the flesh set free
So, the grave will be
A home for me
Crawling in shadows
Stars enlightening
a world drowned in flames

Elimination of paths
Chances lost twice fold
Squeezed sand fell
into heightened burdens

Shimmering dark
When night falls
contrast disappears
When the light drowns in fumes
When the art of dying portrays the final chapter
A theatrical collapse of a world drowned in black
