Lyrics
From the skies, have come forth
Serpents of the clouds, I call thee,
From the fire and the heat
Keepers of the outer spheres
Come, all ye hungry ones
Rule the souls of Eden
Roaming windblast,
Messengers of Anu, the King
Tempest, scour the heavens!
Over the sky bring gloom!
See them madly round
before the crescent Moon
Rushing windgasts,
Casting darkness
Deluge of Storm-God,
Dread fiery serpents
In my left hand
The shield with thine evil face
In my right hand
I hold the sword of grace
Serpents fly above the clouds,
Forerunners of baneful storms,
Throne-bearers of the Gods
Fiery shining sons of Ba'al
Serpents of the clouds, I call thee,
From the fire and the heat
Keepers of the outer spheres
Come, all ye hungry ones
Rule the souls of Eden
Roaming windblast,
Messengers of Anu, the King
Tempest, scour the heavens!
Over the sky bring gloom!
See them madly round
before the crescent Moon
Rushing windgasts,
Casting darkness
Deluge of Storm-God,
Dread fiery serpents
In my left hand
The shield with thine evil face
In my right hand
I hold the sword of grace
Serpents fly above the clouds,
Forerunners of baneful storms,
Throne-bearers of the Gods
Fiery shining sons of Ba'al
